Наш «любимый» мэр прислал мне письмо, как он «заботится» о моём досуге и даже целую стратегию утвердил. Жаль забыл меня спросить о подобной надобности. Ну конечно не упомянул о продолжении застройки вдоль наших районных рек (привет Юрловский). Все на выборы Мосгордумы, которой не было слышно и видно последние 4 года:)

Тут решили толкнуть ЗУ "Сельскохозяйственная, 42". Вообще проект фигурировал как продолжение Ботанического Сада от Пионера, но по ходу может отправиться в чьи-то другие лапки. Фанатов локации - хоть отстреливай, всем уже нравится по парку на севере гулять. Поэтому, проектик точно не затеряется на рынке.
