В этом плане, хорошим примером для нас является компания 05.ru. По крайней мере это то, что я видел своими глазами. Они могут годами воспитывать сотрудника, чтоб поднять его выше по служеюной лестнице, доверять задачи, прощать ошибки. Я лично считаю это хорошим социальным вкладом в нашу республику по взращиванию профессионалов.
