⚡️ Верховная Рада ввела режим чрезвычайного положения в Украине. «За» - 335 нардепов. ЧП вводится на 30 дней с 24 февраля. То есть через два часа. При обсуждении нардепы подчеркнули, что большинство мер будут применяться только при необходимости (!). И что права людей Указ не затрагивает и не ограничивает их.
