Ответ к посту выше: Был прооперирован левый сустав. Почему? В правом суставе, несмотря на зону некроза (линия в головке бедра) минеральная плотность кости еще сохранилась и способна выдерживать вес пациента и даже не вызывать сильных жалоб. В левом суставе, некроз уже уничтожил большинство кости, появилась импрессия (вдавление). Что привело к деформации сустава. Это не очень хорошо видно на мрт, но на ркт картине ви…

Немного видео с операции по поводу щелкающего пальца (болезнь Нотта) Заболевание, при котором воспаленное сухожилие не может пройти сквозь окружающие связки и возникает ‘заклинивание’. Всем снова здравствуйте, возобновляю канал. Так вышло, что сообщение с ответом не отправилось (телеграмм сильно тормозил). Данное состояние называется анкилоз (полное сращение сустава). Чаще всего возникает при воспалительных заболеваниях, связанных с ревматологией (например болезнь Бехтерева). Этого состояния можно избежать, если диагностировать его вовремя.
