В Нахабино готовится к выходу наш новый жилой проект от застройщика РКС. Он выполнен в формате малоэтажной и среднеэтажной застройки — с акцентом открытость и связь с природой. Здесь сдержанная архитектура 4–8 этажей. Важно, что в проекте предусмотрены террасы и летние помещения, которые позволяют жителям использовать пространство за пределами квартиры и быть ближе к зелёной среде. Совсем недавно с большим успехом прошла юбилейная Арх-Москва. А это мы в нейтрально-белом павильоне Москомархитектуры — его идея посвящена городской среде и её будущему. 🔍 Вообще, тема выставки была настолько многослойной, а ответы на неё — такими разными, что за один визит всё осмотреть просто не успели. Пресня нынче на подъёме. Любой брокер, любой уважающий себя человек готов часами рассказывать и аргументировать, почему жизнь на Пресне — это просто что-то на райском, лучше, чем в Хамовниках, на Миле или Патриках.
