нашла один интересный способ ставишь таймер на 20-30 минут и сидишь ничего не делаешь вот совсем ничего нельзя лежать,спать,есть,читать,писать,говорить,нельзя делать вообще ничего,нужно сидеть и ждать эти 20 минут+не смотреть на таймер очень хорошо помогает понять,что 20 минут это не такой маленький промежуток времени
