[Post contains #BLOOD] The most time-consuming part of this piece for me was sketching out the anatomy of the wings correctly, but it was absolutely worth the time. I don’t get to draw avian species very often, so this was an extra challenge—you could even say a double challenge, since the creature has two heads. I also had a great opportunity to experiment a bit while I was at it. Anyway, enjoy!
