В России подали первый иск на Роскомнадзор из-за последствий блокировки телеги. Иск подал бизнесмен Александр Вихарев. Он владеет компанией, которая привлекает инвестиции в коммерческую недвижимость. Из-за массовой блокировки IP-адресов клиенты не могли какое-то время регистрироваться на сайте бизнесмена. Вихарев потребовал взыскать с Роскомнадзора 5 миллионов рублей. С почином.
