Чтобы выжил тот, кто им не знаком. Это строчка из песни «Грот-наследство». Пару дней назад колонка Алиса включила её. От слов по моим щекам потекли слезы. Все хотел написать пост про корни, но тормозил, а песня подтолкнула. Видимо пора. С прошлого октября я составляю родовое древо. Ездил по местам, где жили предки, общался с теми, кто ещё жив и знал прадедов и прабабушек, посещал кладбища, сидел в архивах, заказывал…

Если в ведре есть отверстие - сколько его не наполняй, итого один. Упадок сил и частое отсутствие энергии говорит о том, что личность сливает её в противостояние с самим собой. Высокое качество жизни возможно благодаря высокому уровню энергии человека. Много энергии = мало внутренних конфликтов. Наполнение себя энергией через спорт и другие практики будет иметь больший эффект, если работать с психикой.
