временно прекращаю сюды писать, намечается несколько проектов, в которые буду вкладывать все силы и время для их реализации, хрен знает когда ещё сюда напишу, видимо, когда все заработает. всем пис :)
что-то пропал я. подведем итоги — перестал заниматься спортом из-за болей в плече и колене, но кажется подобрал себе норму, которая не вызовет дискомфорт. распечатал программу до апреля. завтра возобновляю программу. ну и заказал разных ништяков, типа повязок, массажеров и прочего. — продолжаю прокачивать английский, купил подписку на дуалинго, самое удобное из всех по цене\качеству, эффект заметен, но нужна постоя…
итак, закончился август. закончил плановый подход к спортивным занятиям. за месяц отпрыгал на скакалке 9450 раз, планировал 8310, первые недели 2 прыгал после подходов дополнительно по 50-200 раз. отжимания подкачали, планировал 4422, последние полторы недели должен был отжиматься 30-40 раз подход, но из-за болей в плече остановился на 25 раз за подход, итого отжался 4032 раз. не сказать, что я похудел или сильно сб…
