Я сама крайне нерегулярно делаю записи вот в такой красивый блокнот от Leuchtturm1917 (кажется, в России они теперь малодоступны). Он рассчитан на пять лет и несколько строчек в день, но я обычно вспоминаю про него "по случаю". Но тем ценнее те записи, которые там всё же есть.
