Я к вам с DRAMMой)) Это такой концепт хорошего отдыха, предложенный в 2014 году группой товарищей. Наткнулась на него в интернетах еще до отпуска, и вот сегодня вышла и решила почитать. Пишу. Останавливаюсь. Снова пишу. Снова останавливаюсь. Слова не складываются в текст. Вот он маркер усталости. Можно спутать с пустотой, словно бы сказать нечего, вот и не складывается, но на самом деле это про переполненность. Про внутренний избыток слов. С началом супервизорской практики, я вспоминаю как выглядели мои первые супервизии - желание «что-то сделать с клиентом» бежало вперед меня. И закономерно этот вопрос задают мне начинающие специалисты. «Сделать» - это чаще всего привести клиента туда, куда нужно терапевту, а на клиенту. Туда куда клиент еще не готов. Если попробовать описать боль клиента через метафору дома, то клиент жалуется, что у него на балкона все время падают горши с цветами, как бы прямо он их не поставил. И нам вместе с ним предстоит понять, в чем подлинная причина этого странного явления, что, собственно, производит с самим домом его психики.
