Лето 2026. «Письма счастья». Окончание. Итак, после рассмотрения причин, побудивших арендаторов ( «Улыбка Радуги» и «Вайлдберрис») написать нам письмо, мы пришли к выводу: 1️⃣ В случае негативного ответа есть риск съезда арендатора. 2️⃣ Сдать освободившиеся помещение сразу не получится. 3️⃣ Скидку нужно дать. Лето 2026. «Письма счастья». Этим летом мы заметили повышенную активность наших действующих арендаторов. Она выразилась в отправке писем с просьбами о снижении арендной платы. Слово и дело. ✅ До конца года «МВидео» планирует открыть не менее 5 000 новых ПВЗ. Ребятам нужно очень поторопиться , ведь полгода уже прошло😉. Позитивные моменты-3. Продолжение. ✅ Достаточно долгое время мы считали, что «Инвитро» открываются только по франшизе. Потом узнали, что у них есть и свои медицинские центры. Недавно вступили в переговоры с ними по аренде нашего помещения. Сам «Инвитро» сейчас рассматривает новые помещения для открытия медицинских центров в Москве и области. Позитивные моменты- 2. Продолжение. «Вайлдберис» в начале года остановили открытие новых ПВЗ. Рассматривали только переезды старых. Франшизеры в это время продолжили открываться, пользуясь паузой головных «Диких ягод». В мае ситуация стала меняться. Основной «Вайлдберрис» получил небольшой план на открытие новых ПВЗ. Позитивные моменты. Мы в последнее время много пишем о сносах и закрытиях. Сейчас хотим исправить небольшой перекос и написать о чем-то противоположном. Первые «Rимляне» пали, но обещают подняться вернуться. Очередной стартап от «Вкусвилла» закрылся. Мы писали про открытие пиццерии «Rимляне», поэтому не можем пропустить их уход с рынка.
