Выйди из зоны комфорта и зайди нормально. Про тезис выше. Представьте, вот сижу я в своей дурацкой зоне комфорта. Тут меня любят, принимают, тут я зарабатываю деньги, которых мне в целом достаточно, тут у меня друзья и любимая собака.
