Пробовал сегодня синглы емом (для понимания, вся раскладка: 45х2, 2 минуты, 4х1 емом), прикольно, как будто сильно интереснее чем даже те же 5х2 отм2 которые делал раньше, но к двоечкам все равно придется прийти, в идеале попробую дойти к 2,1,2,1,2, и после этого увеличивать вес

Короче сделав среднюю тренировку понял легкая мне реально не всралась, толку от нее мало ведь силы все равно еще недостаточно чтоб кидать на нее силовую выносливость, плюс микроцикл растягивается почти до 10 дней😃 Поэтому полностью уберу легкую тренировку, в среднюю и тяжелую просто докину подходы с 16кг турник и 48кг брусья на 60-70%, и буду каждые 1-2 микроцикла накидывать по повторению чисто чтоб держать уровень …

Словил какой-то конченый период опять, сначала дернул плечо когда поднимал вес на тяжелых брусьях, потом почти неделю откисал из-за давления Сегодня легкая тренировка уже 3 микроцикла, вроде +- норм Опять откатывать не хочу, аккуратно продолжу добавлять, если что еще одну легкую тренировку добавлю

Уже прям жесткое ощущение что средняя тренировка легче чем легкая😃 Наверное перенесу сюда доп жим и тягу чтоб чуть разгрузить легкий день

Чет тяжело вчера жимы шли, поэтому и хочу сделать тренировку максимально легкой Еще кстати люто чувствую улучшение по подвижности лопаток, даже тяжело технику держать на брусьях

Продолжаю регрессировать на легкой тренировке 😃 Ладно на самом деле просто пытаюсь сделать ее реально максимально легкой, по сути превратить прям в день разгрузки + офп, чтоб точно нормально переваривать ее после тяжелых тренировок Тягу к поясу и жим стоя перевел на новый план, 1 раз в неделю, ну по ощущениям что-то типо средне-легкой нагрузки ощущается, по крайней мере пока что Прогрессию нагрузки тут оставлю наве…

“очень много дней no statics” Че думаете? как будто даже не 75, а 80кг, и я бы оч неплохой уровень показал, ну либо если б не хотел в следующем году уже выступить и мог сдвинуть чуть стритлифтинг, я бы и при этих 86кг хорошо навалил бы Ну либо херачить и в лифтинг и в статику, но тут уже надо восстановительный способности повышать 😃😃😃😃

Наконец-то начал цикл, чуть-чуть принудительного отдыха было😃 Начну короче опять с 65% 10пм и 95% 5пм, чуть больше разгонюсь и разгружусь С глобальной целью тоже уже окончательно определился, 80+ турник и ~130 брусья, ну типо почти свой вес потянуть и полтора веса пожать, думаю таких силовых уже более чем хватит для хороших показателей в силовой выносливости

А вы и дальше думайте что дефицит калорий не работает Кстати активности щас очень мало, жгу все это чисто фоном мышцами, вот и думайте…

Ну вроде уже есть что-то заметное от разгрузки, все двойки и синглы 45кг в завод, на разминке тоже прям в грудак делал, по ощущениям неплохо скорость возвращается По объемам тоже неплохо, разгрузочные как минимум вывез, +- уже определился с подкачкой и с шагом, буду прям потихоньку идти, ну зато без таких жестких откатов

Если б не вес и подсобка, отвечаю приезжал бы каждый день А так в целом тренировками прям мягко говоря не горю, заниматься около 0 желание, вчера радовался тренировке ног потому что знал что разминаться и тренироваться не долго😃 Короче лучше недотренивайте чем перетренивайте ✌️
