10 дней на Тенерифе (Испания, Канарский остров 🏝️) пролетел как сон несколько дней по утрам я бегала вдоль 🌊 океана, пару раз нырнула в него с головой несмотря на то, что жила на юге, побывала на северной его части и познакомилась с невероятной частью себя, которая до селе была не так ярко проявлена - открытая доброта, проявляющаяся к незнакомым людям а как это получилось?! я копировала (или повторяла) за людьми …

а еще я считаю, что у нас (я про свое окружение пишу и себя конечно же) искаженное понимание наслаждения жизнью 🙈 наслаждение жизнью в большинстве своем воспринимается как «ничего не делание», а отнюдь не «делание того, что делает мою жизнь насыщеннее» а все потому что, мы привыкли делать только то, что нужно что бы стать кем-то (состоятельным, влиятельным, успешным, …) в глазах других (мамы, папы, соседей и т.д.) …

самое дешевое, что мною было обнаружено в #Амстердам - это стоимость цветов (на картинке и видео), по словам Айманы - она живет там с супругом 4 год, это еще дорогой туристический рынок, а так они еще дешевле… курс евро 💶 550 тенге 10 евро = 5.500 тенге
