عن أَبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنَّ رسولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: ((أقْرَبُ مَا يكونُ العَبْدُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَهُوَ سَاجِدٌ، فَأكْثِرُوا الدُّعَاءَ)). رواه مسلم. في هذا الحديث: الندب إلى كثرة الدعاء في السجود، كما في الحديث الآخر: ((وأما السجود فاجتهدوا في الدعاء فَقَمِنٌ أنْ يستجاب لكم)).
