أحسن الله إليكم نقل الترمذي في العلل الكبير عن البخاري أنه قال: لا أعرف لأبي إسحاق سماعًا من سعيد بن جبير مع أن حديث أبي إسحاق عن سعيد بن جبير في صحيح البخاري فما وجه الجمع؟ وما رأيكم في كتاب علل الترمذي الكبير وكيفية الاستفادة منه؟

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله اليكم سمعت ان كبار الفقهاء ك مالك احمد مثلا قد يستدلون ب مسألة فقهية على عمل صحابي ف يأتي المتأخرون من ويستدلون على هذه المسألة ب حديث ضعيف ومعلل ويجعلونه المعول عليه في هذا لو كانت هذه القاعده صحيحه ومطرده في بعض الفروع الفقهية فهل اذا استدل بحديث معلل وضعيف هل يسكت عن تعليله ويقال عليه عمل الفقهاء ؟
