Mensch bleiben.. wer Nachts oder Abends Obdachlose im Winter auf der Strasse schlafen sieht, kann einen Kältebus anrufen. Bürger haben die Möglichkeit von 19 Uhr bis Mitternacht auf Wohnungslose aufmerksam zumachen, die gefährdet sein könnten.
