Сейчас главная опасность исходит от апелляции прокурора на меру пресечения. Вероятно по этому поводу городской суд будет в августе. И прокуратура хочет опять отправить Борю в СИЗО. Решение будет принимать судья городского суда. Поэтому ваша поддержка будет очень нужна в ближайшее время!

Мы поговорили с адвокатом Бориса, Луизой Магомедовой. Сегодня было заседание по апелляции на постановление суда от 30.06.2022 г. о продление меры пресечения. Аппеляция не была удовлетворена. Следующее заседание по существу дела состоится 5 августа 2022 года в 10:00 в суде Выборгского района в кабинете 641. Борис сегодня не смог сразу попасть в здание суда, так как он не получил в СИЗО паспорт гражданина РФ. Выдача…

Нас попросили опубликовать в канале информацию про политзаключенного, Румянцева Владимира Александровича. Он родился в 1961 году, проживает в Вологде. Обвиняется по ч. 2 ст. 207.3 УК РФ. Поводом для дела стали посты о погибших в Украине мирных жителях. Под стражей с 15 июля 2022 года. Мемориал его официально признал политзаключенным. Более подробно о нем можно почитать здесь.
