❗️Семьям в России запретят брать по 1 семейной ипотеке на каждого из супругов Муж и жена должны будут включаться в договор, один из них в качестве созаёмщика. До этого семейную ипотеку мог получить один из супругов, соответственно по 1 льготному кредиту на каждого. Кроме того, станет невозможным включить в семейную ипотеку «третьих лиц».
