Матча Мадлен Сливочное масло 100 гр растопить и нагреть до орехового аромата и коричневого цвета (бер-нуазет), остудить 70 гр яиц взбить с сахаром 80 гр, влить 25 гр молока. Всыпать 100 гр муки + 3 гр матча + 5 гр разрыхлителя и влить масло. Убрать на ночь в холодильник. Формы смазать маслом, присыпать мукой. Отсадить тесто из мешка. На выходных были с семьей в Atlantica Bistro на Мясницкой. Из всего, что брали, понравились буквально пара позиций - гребешок в створке и фаршированные кальмары, возможно, что-то еще было ок. Точно не стоит брать морепродукты на гриле - все было сильно пересушено. А вот шоколадный торт с трюфелем был вкусный. В меню было много десертов с земляникой, хотелось попробовать.
