DOOM запустили на кишечной палочке. Гениальную вещь сотворили учёные из MIT. Чтобы превратить бактерии в игровой сетап, графику перевели в чёрно-белые пиксели — их активация происходит через флуоресцентные белки тех самых палочек. Проще говоря, бактерии подсвечивают пиксели и отображают геймплей. Единственная проблема — FPS маловат. Один кадр отрисовывается целых 8,5 часов. На полное прохождение игры уйдет 666 лет. …
