Полный багажник свежих трав! Полный багажник запасов на год! Люцерна, клевер, пижма, тысячелистник, хвощ, толокеянка, ярутка и тд и тп! Многие спрашивают - Ооя, это ты реально сама собираешь? Или просто грамотно компонуешь? 50% примерно это собственный самосбор. Но не все растет в нашем регионе. Например, с элеутерококком мложно, как и с левзеей или женьшенем. Есть травы, которые я беру у знакомых травниеов из друг…

Немножечко продолжу тему правильных чайных завтраков. Уже не по-Шумаковски, но по-Чураковски!)) А вообще расскажу летний супер легкий и вообще не ПП-шное чаепитие. Оно против всех канонов чайных и нечайных! Без подготовки не экспериментировать! 😆 В обшем берем хороший красный чай, например, Е Шен Хун Ча, или Дянь Хун, непременно дорогой! Немножко так по-пижонски завариваем его в маленьком чайнике - эгоисте и непрем…
