Схема показывает, что в центре отсутствует связное единое пешеходное пространство. Пути прерываются неудобными пешеходными переходами, парковками или отсутствием благоустройства.

Максимальная плотность пешеходного потока выявлена на улицах: Проспект Ленина, улица Цвиллинга, Кирова, Энтузиастов, частично Энгельса. Так же большой трафик наблюдается в сквере Алое поле. Проблемные участки - зоны, где пешеходное движение затруднительно. Проблемная ситуация - точечная проблема для пешеходов.

Нас пригласили выступить на слушаниях в Общественной палате. Тема слушаний – «Воздух» и мы хотим рассказать, как строительство 3-ей очереди развязки отразится на экологии города. Но только предварительно назначенная дата мероприятия (15 декабря) уже прошла, а информации до сих пор никакой нет.
