Разобрался, почему платёж за ЖКУ вырос. Узнав о корпускулярно-волновом дуализме, «Мосэнергосбыт» стал присылать две платёжки: за свет как волны и за свет как частицы. Если у вас также, то будьте осторожны — это мошенническая схема. Потому что за волны водоканал присылает.
