Конечно не будет. Но ещё лет 10 назад поставить под вопрос членство в ЕС... Было бы невероятно. Однако брекзит сделал своё дело. Помню как нас, международников, обучали теории перелива. А теперь, скорее, теория недолива в ходу. Сдули пену, а под ней толком ничего и нет.
