Съездил на выходные в Тверь и обнаружил то, что нечасто встретишь даже в Москве – сидр с добавлением каскары @verlespot: сухо, свежо, достаточно плотно. Сделано в коллабе с Токсовской Сидрерией (Питер). Алкоголь – всего 5%. Где искать в Москве – непонятно (разве что в крафтовых пабах), но в Питере наверняка встречается чаще.

Будет печально, если Пинский пойдёт по пути Мака и получится "Кофе и точка" с дизайном из нулевых. Такая ведь крутая возможность сделать небольшую (для начала) сеть кофеен на прогретых локациях, отвечающих современным запросам. Всё-таки Starbucks как бренд у нас уже давно отхайповал своё стаканчиками с именем и жил за счёт теплого уютного вайба и больших порций с разнообразием топпингов.

В Яндекс.Лавке появился тоник Bickford’s, который я советовал в посте об эспрессо-тониках. Sanpellegrino с экстрактом дуба (цитрусовый – если любите поярче) тоже, кстати, подойдёт.

Запрещённая в России соцсеть подкинула воспоминание о событиях 5-летней давности: делал экспериментальное для тогдашнего «Даблби» кофейно-алкогольное меню в одной из кофеен. С приходом жары в меню кофеен и ресторанов все чаще вижу эспрессо-тоники. Они и вдохновили меня на тест всевозможных тоников с разными эспрессо. Для простоты взял те, что продаются в Азбуках. В порядке как на фото, слева направо: 1-2 Bickford's в двух вариантах (на фото банка не из Азбуки, а из личных запасов, но в супермаркете этот тоник есть в стекле). Увидел новость про бельгийскую компанию, продвигающую выращивание грибов на кофейных отходах, которая не то чтобы новость в прямом смысле этого слова – с 2019 года тосканский стартап Circular Farm вполне успешно реализовывают свой проект Funghi Espresso с грибными фермами на основе говна и палок отработанных кофейных таблеток местных кофеен.
