دانشجویانی که در تابستان و اسفند ماه از پایان نامه خود دفاع کرده اند، تا پایان فروردین ماه سال ٩٩ فرصت دارند، يك نسخه اصلاح شده از پايان نامه به همراه فرم ١٢و٢١، يك پرينت رنگي از طرح جلد پايان نامه و فرم شماره ٢٤ را به واحد تحصيلات تكميلي ارائه دهند.
✅اطلاعیه مهم در خصوص برگزاری جلسات دفاع: دانشجویان عزیزی که تاریخ برگزاری جلسه دفاع آنها مشخص شده است، ضمن مراجعه به سايت موسسه جهت آگاهي از تاريخ و ساعت برگزاري، از آوردن همراه و وسايل پذيرايي در روز دفاع جداً خودداري نمايند. همچنين از ديگر دانشجوياني كه علاقه مند به شركت در جلسات دفاعيه بودند، خواهشمندم جهت جلوگيري از شيوع ويروس كرونا به هيچ عنوان در اين جلسات شركت ننمايند.
اطلاعيه: دانشجوياني كه جهت انتخاب واحد تا كنون اقدام نكرده اند، فقط تا ١٢ اسفند ماه مهلت دارند، در غير اينصورت براي اين دسته از دانشجويان مرخصي تحصيلي رد خواهد شد.

قابل توجه دانشجویان پژوهش محور: از تاریخ تصویب پروپوزال تا تاریخ دفاع پایان نامه باید ۶ ماه بگذرد و امکان برگزاری دفاع قبل از آن تاریخ وجود ندارد. تاریخ برگزاری جلسات دفاع برای نیمسال اول از ۱۵ بهمن تا آخر اسفند ماه می باشد، و برای نیمسال دوم از ۱۵ تیر تا آخر مردادماه.
