У меня тут идёт что-то похожее на так называемую тёмную ночь души. Очень интересный опыт, с истинно британской вежливостью сказала она. Учусь сейчас на курсе у Кена Уилбера. Ну как учусь, прогуляла пока 3/3 лекций. Обучение мне сейчас просто никуда, но это реально был эффект «все пацаны побежали, и я побежал». Как я в целом вижу тантру у Пемы — она очень сильно раскачивает энергию, прочищает каналы. 🧘🏾♀️ Про тантру с Пемой Так сложились звезды, что за почти месяц я побывала на двух тантра ретритах Пемы Гитама, и вот, сидя в самолётике на задержке дыхания рейса, катаю вам отчёт.
