اليوم في قسم الـ ENT، وسط الكلام والشرح، وقفت عند جملة قالتها الأخصائية وما قدرت أتجاوزها: «قمة الغباء إن طفل يجيك بانسداد في فتحة أنف واحدة مع discharge، وتقول له مجرد زكام وتخليه يروح.» الجملة بدت قاسية لكن معناها أكبر من مجرد تشخيص خاطئ لأن بعض الأعراض البسيطة ظاهريًا قد تكون رسالة لشيء أخطر، خصوصًا عند الأطفال. ومن هنا تذكرت أن الطب مش مجرد إنك تحفظ قائمة أعراض وتشخّص أسرع تشخيص يخطر في بالك الطب الحقيقي إنك تنتب…
