Страховая решила тупо проигнорировать все письма и произвела выплату с учетом износа авто. Даже не изучив скрытые повреждения и не потрудившись дать мотивированный ответ! И что самое интересное, даже через суд их не заставишь сделать ремонт. Только доп. деньги и, возможно, штраф присудят. А гарантии на ремонт, время на организацию и прочий геморрой – все это не учитывается М-да, бизнес на несоблюдении закона

Ну что ж, Сберстрахование, в котором у нас оформлено ОСАГО, соблюдать закон не планирует – в нарушение закона об ОСАГО прислали решение о денежной выплате без моего согласия на нее. Само собой, за вычетом износа этой выплаты на ремонт не хватит. И ответственность за качество ремонта на себя брать не хотят Придется, видимо, общаться с ними через суд 🙃

Страховая за 3 часа по одним только фото, без осмотра авто прислала оценку ущерба 😱 Любопытно, что в нем панель задней стенки багажника оценена в ок. 40 т.р., а надпись "FUSION" - в 104 т. р. Вот на чем бизнес надо было делать 🤭 Но вообще, похоже, отчёт просто на коленке сделали

Ну что ж, пришло время"веселиться" со страховой компанией По закону, как я понял, они должны организовать ремонт новыми и оригинальными деталями. Настаивать на замене денежной выплатой не могут. В случае же замены на выплату у них появляется возможность учесть износ автомобиля и, соответственно, уменьшить сумму.
