Прочитал недавно пост, про историю Four Seasons. Владелец открыл отель, он быстро стал лучшим в Европе, но дальнейшую экспансию задержали на 15 лет. Что делали все это время? Развивали один принцип - уважение. Владелец требовал от менеджмента (ну и думаю, сам был идеологом), уважения к сотрудникам.
