Интересно, что в Мангистауской и Атырауской областях не могут аналогично влиять на преступность. Там регистрация наоборот растет на десятки процентов.

В этом году количество преступлений похоже будет ниже исторического. За 11 месяцев снижение преступности наблюдается на 4,6% и достигло 127 тысяч преступлений. Полиция неумолимо снижает регистрацию, несмотря на отсутствие предпосылок к снижению преступности. На 90% выросло количество ДТП в Казахстане.
