ليت شِعري! السعيُ إلى الحلال والكدّ في تحصيله شرفٌ لا يقوى على حرارة ألمه إلا الرجال، غير أنّ الحلال حين يُلتمَسُ على موائد الترند، أو يُسوَّق بمجاراة أهل الفسق..حينها يذبح المرءُ مروءته على عتبات السعيّ، ويبتاع دينه بعرض من الدنيا، ويُستبدَل الوقار بضجيجٍ لا روح فيه. الرجولة ليست في كثرة المكاسب، بل في نقاء الطريق إليها.

قرآن
علَيكَ بِقِلَّةِ الڪَلَامِ يَلِين قَلبك وَعَلَيكَ بِطُولِ الصَّمْت تَمْلِك الوَرَع وَلَا تَڪُونَنَّ حَرِيصًا عَلَى الدُّنيَا سُفيان الثَّورِي - رَحِمَـهُ اللّٰـه قيام الليل رحمكم الله
بعد ذكر الله عز وجل إنزال الكتاب ذكر فيه صفتين وهما قوله(وَلَمۡ یَجۡعَل لَّهُ عِوَجَاۜ قَيِّمًا) إن هذا القرآن الذي بين أيدينا هو كتاب ليس فيه خطأ ولا اعوجاج، إلى جانب أنه قيم كامل من كل مايحتاجه الإنسان! َوكذلك إن قرأه المسلم وفهمه سيصبح المسلم مستقيم ودون اعوجاج في العقيدة أو السلوك أو العبادات وحتى المعاملات، إلى جانب يجعل المرء ذات قوامة وثبات لا يتزحزح بسهولة أمام الفتن.
ليت هذا البال يهدأ قليلًا، فأجلس لطلب العلم الشرعي وقلبي مطمئن، وضميري مرتاح، دون أن يؤنّبني على تقصيري في دراسة العلم الدنيوي. لقد تعبت من الحيرة بين طلب الدنيا وطلب الآخرة، بين رغبتي ورغبة أهلي، بين سعادتي وسعادتهم، بين راحتي وراحتهم، بين حلمي وحلمهم. منذ أن وُلدت وأنا أشعر وكأنني أُجاهد لأجمع بين أمرين لا يكادان يجتمعان؛ أريد أن أختار ما أراه خيرًا لي، وفي الوقت ذاته لا أريد أن أكون سببًا في حزن أهلي أو خيبة أمل…

استوعبتُ أن دعواتي لم تكن تُستجاب سريعًا، ولكن المهم أنها تحققت في نهاية المطاف. فليس من الضروري أن تتحقق دعواتك بسرعة، المهم أن تتحقق في النهاية، وألّا تُحرم من فرحة تحقيق حلمك بسبب ذنوبك؛ فإن الذنوب قد تكون سببًا في عرقلة طريق الإجابة وتأخيرها. فاصبر، وأحسن الظن بالله، وأكثر من الدعاء والاستغفار، ولا تستعجل الإجابة؛ فما أخّره الله عنك قد يكون في تأخيره خيرٌ لا تعلمه.
قال الشيخ صالح الفوزان - حفظه الله - : أيها المسلم : لا تحرم نفسك من قيام الليل ، ولو بشيءٍ قليلٍ تداوم عليه ؛ لتنال من ثواب القائمين المستغفرين بالأسحار ، وربما يدفع بك القليل إلى الكثير ، والله لا يضيع أجر المحسنين {الملخص الفقهي (١٨٧/١)}
