Только в одном он ошибся: на растущем рынке может быть несколько победителей исключительно за счёт проигравших - эскплуатируемых наёмных работников и эксплуатируемой окружающей среды. Рынок, как и экономика, - это игра с нулевой суммой. Победителю всегда платит проигравший, деньги не возникают ниоткуда, т.к. это лишь средство обмена, по определению
