✊🏻Как бы цинично это не звучало, но события в Казани - большое везение для Уйбы. На дни после майских намечались "разборы полетов" по итогу конфликта с Михайловым, отзвуки которых должны были попасть в федеральные СМИ и тг-каналы, но трагическое событие прервало эту линию повествования, забрав все внимание на себя. Проблема коммерческих кредитов несколько сложнее. Отдавать их не просто, но еще сложнее их не отдавать. Для депрессивных регионов, вроде нашего, постоянные реструктуризации долга - возможность для сохранения хоть какого-то баланса бюджета. Частные банки не охотно идут на реструктуризацию, т.к. заинтересованны в росте задолженности и понимают, что государство так или иначе вернет деньги.
В политологии есть такое понятие как "пробуждение спящих институтов". Если КС сможет подхватить инициативу КПРФ, то судьи могут значительно повысить свое политическое влияние, а заодно и материальное положение. Главное перестроить формат отношений с гос. органами. Если они упустят этот шанс, то следующего может и не представиться.
