Получила ответ от Минприроды на вопрос заданный в прямой эфир с президентом. Ничего нового. Само письмо являлось банальным перечислением пунктов 498-фз. Но мое внимание привлек последний абзац письма. Внезапно оказалось, что Минприроды, это всего лишь "компания экспертов", без полномочий и ответственности...

В Перми женщина на сапе спасла овцу из реки Камы. Женщина заметила в воде тонущую овцу и подплыла к ней на сап-доске. Она руками вытащила животное из реки и доставила к берегу.
