Как-то незаметно съехал со своего пути локомотив республиканской экономики - птицекомплекс "Южный". Данное предприятие за сравнительно короткий срок своего существования сумело наладить выпуск качественной и востребованной продукции. На первый взгляд, ситуация с охраной дошкольных и школьных учреждений стала меняться в лучшую сторону. Теперь этим занимаются не "родственники знакомых директора", а ЧОПы (хотя, лучше бы это доверили Росгвардии). Но, даже при этом, еще можно встретить на охране какого-нибудь пожилого дядю, у которого не то что перцового балончика, а даже свистка нет. Какая от него эффективность, можно только предполагать.
