Разобрал 500 откликов, 1 подходящий Вакансия DS в финтех, нужен опыт в финтехе. Среди откликов: ~30% разрабов на питоне. Этих вообще надо признать профнепригодными, бота для откликов написал, минимальную фильтрацию — не написал. Есть слово питон — лови отклик тупой HR ~10% откликов с одинаковым опытом у разных людей. Тут я вообще не пойму кто и зачем это делает, просто 6 лет опыта по 2 года с одинаковым описанием …

Интересно, как ИИ рекрутер относится к резюме кандидатов, который делал ИИ? Возможна ли сегрегация по LLM признаку и CV сразу отправляется к неудачникам? Или промт "все резюме с ИИ генерацией текста откладывай вон в ту кучку"? При этом детекторы работают из рук вон плохо, если не в курсе, то, по его мнению, декларация независимости США сгенерирована ИИ на 99% Нейросети делают в среднем хорошо, если у вас очень плох…
