ولی شاید خود مغز لعنتی میدونه که نباید فکر کنه، همون فرار بهتره، لااقل فعلاً! طرف دوره سایکوتیکش آرومتر شده و توی مود افسرده و بیحستره، و بلهههه! چه فکری بهتر از اینکه بهش اصرار کنیم در موردش حرف بزنه و به یاد بیاره؟ #Declaim
و از اون بدتر، این پیشفرض که با حرف زدن و باز کردن زخمها، فرد میتونه مووآن کنه، چون اگر بهش فکر نکنه، حتماً در حال فراره و مقابله همیشه بهتره!
میخوای کسی رو که حتی بلند شدن از تخت براش شکنجهست، کسی که شاید حتی تعریف کرده از چه چیزهایی بدش میاد، کسی که عملاً انگیزه هیچی رو نداره، با فعالیتهایی که توی پیشفرض رویکرد مزخرفت برای همه خوبن، شکنجه بدی؟ بعد تعجب هم میکنی که چرا انجام نمیده و چرا برای درمان، انگیزه نشون نمیده.
و رویکردهای درمانی؟ مثل ضرب با صفر میمونن! حتی اگر مراجع بگه «واقعاً از قبل هم از چیزی لذت خاصی هم نمیبرده، کموبیش همینی بوده که هست.» تراپیست فکر میکنه که لابد طرف یادش رفته! اما خب، همه آدمها که طبیعت دوست دارن، مگه نه؟ پس بهش میگیم بره طبیعتگردی، بره ورزش، بره کلاس هنری.
و تقریباً همه رویکردها بر اساس فرض اون افراد ساخته شدن. حتی تقریباً تمام چیزهایی که نشانه اختلال میدونن. • عدم لذت از چیزهایی که قبلاً لذت میبردند. • میل به انزوا و دوری از دوستان! • ناگهانی، اجتماعی شدن. • حرکات نامتعارف و یا پرخطر جدید. • تغییر خواب، وزن، هدف. • بیانگیزه شدن. همهشون در فرض، شروعی مشخص دارند که عموماً همون سوگ، حادثه، PTSD و... باعثشه. در حدی که برای مواردی مثل اسکیزوفرنی، حتی DSM هم توی …
من اول معتقد بودم روانشناس و تراپی برای بعضیها ممکنه خوب نباشه. بعدش، خصوصاً با تغییر رشته بهش، دقیقتر به این نتیجه رسیدم: روانشناس و تراپی برای کسایی که واقعاً مشکلی فراگیر دارن، واقعا حالشون خوب نیست، حتی اکثر مواقع آزاردهنده و آسیبزاست. در بهترین حالت، با فرض اینکه تراپیست ایدهآل باشه، به درد کسایی میخوره که به خودشناسی بیشتر، شنونده، راهنمایی و تخلیه روحی نیاز دارن. برای مشکلاتی موقت کن پس از نقطهای خاص…
از این سادهنگری نصیحتگر که همه رو مثل هم میبینه، بدم میاد. این تصور که یک چیزی برای همه خوبه، برای همه بده. اینکه مسائل انسانی و تجربیات شخصی رو، شبیه علم جا میزنن و بعدتر به همه چیز واردش میکنن.
خب، راستش سوال «چپگرایی یا راستگرا؟» برام گیجکنندهست، چون واقعاً نمیدونم فرد مقابل چه چیزهایی رو مبنای راست یا چپ بودن میدونه. عموماً احزاب اون کشور از نظر فرهنگی شکلدهنده این مفهومن و با گذر زمان تغییراتی میکنند، اما وقتی کسی در ایران میپرسه، قطعاً منظورش «اصلاحطلب و اصولگرا» و احزاب جمهوری اسلامی، نیست؛ یا حامی و ضد دولت بودن. چیزهایی که در کشورهای مختلف «راست و چپ» خطاب میشن، با هم متفاوتند. راستگرا…
این «از شخصیتهای خاکستری خوشم میاد، چون واقعیان» برای اکثراً فقط یک ادعاست که طوطیوار تکرارش میکنند. البته، عموماً برای داستان صادقه ها... برای ویلن هات سکسی با گذشته تلخ که خیلی آبسسد دختر داستان شده😔 یعنی فقط همچین سبک کارکترهایی، خاکستریان: وقتی بچه بودم، بابام با شلاق جرواجرم میکرد و دستوپام رو میبرید... سر همین عقدهای شدم. الانم چون خاکستریام، رندوم به بقیه تیر میزنم و شکنجهشون میکنم، اما سیمپ عشخم…
در واقع کارکترهایی که واقعاً یک سیر شکلگیری شخصیتشون رو میبینیم، دلیل رفتارهای آسیبزا و حتی کریپیشون قابل توجیهه، تقریباً همیشه، خاکستریان و نه منفی. نویسنده از اول قصد نداره «ویلن» خطابشون کنه و شخصیتپردازی رو بدون تلاش برای توجیه، انجام میده. هیچ نقطهای توی زندگیشون نیست که از سر اون، سیاه و سفیدی شروع شه. #Declaim #BookTweet
واقعاً یادم نمیاد که یک سیر تحولی تبدیل کارکتر مثبت به منفی خوب دیده باشم. به شکل کارتونیای، یهویی و مصنوعیه. در واقع بیشتر در مورد کارکترهای مونث. نویسندهها تنها ایرادی که ممکنه برای قبل از لولوخورخوره شدنش بذارن «زیادی مهربون و معصوم و دلسوز بودن» و سادگی کودکانهست. نه حتی یکم حسادت و عقده طبیعی، چیزی که همه دارن. صفات منفی آیندهشون، چیزهایی نیستند که رشد کرده باشن، عملاً از فضا نازل شدن.
