Эркер как рабочий инструмент архитектора
Эркер — это один из тех приёмов, которые сразу оживляют любой фасад. Он добавляет объём, пластику и характер даже самой спокойной плоскости.
В проекте стояла непростая задача: из-за ориентации и особенностей конструкции здания часть помещений получала недостаточную инсоляцию.
