#АрхангельскаяОбласть Попробовала лапу медведя. Шеф-повар «Летней Золотицы» Фёдор рассказал, что сначала четверо суток держал ее в маринаде, а затем еще су-вид на 14 часов (в пластиковый пакет с откачанным воздухом). Финальный этап — духовка. Подали медвежью лапу на крафтовой бумаге, с ягелем и брусникой. Психологически ужинать медведем тяжело даже мясоеду. Я минут пятнадцать не решалась, но любопытство победило. …

Как я провела отпуск на сгоревшей базе. Забыла отчитаться, как дела у базы «Летняя Золотица», где в начале июля сгорело дотла основное здание. Мы узнали об этом за пару недель до нашего туда вылета, но отменять ничего не стали, решили поддержать команду и постараться получить удовольствие. Наш русский север летом в своем гостеприимстве воспринимается по-своему глубоко.
