Очень много обращений от налогоплательщиков за помощью в отработке требований от ФНС, начиная от работы с "техническими" компаниями до перевода денег в подотчет директору. Про технические фирмы и что с ними нельзя работать я уже устала писать и не стану повторятся, а относительно переводов на карту директора.....ПОДУМАЙТЕ В ОЧЕРЕДНОЙ РАЗ, НАСКОЛЬКО СИЛЬНО ВАМ НАДО БЫТЬ ДИРЕКТОРОМ...МОЖЕТ ПРОЩЕ БЫТЬ ИП!? Считаю прав…

Давно очень не писала постов в канале и на то у меня были более чем уважительные причины🙈 Как только СК РФ, ФСБ и ФНС ликвидировали так называемую "Площадку"...меня "накрыла волна" запросов от налогоплательщиков с просьбой помочь им с минимальными потерями уйти от проблем. Сказать что запросов много - это ни чего не сказать...но знаете что меня больше всего поразило...БУХГАЛТЕРА тех, кто обращается сейчас ко мне. …

"Ошибка ошибке - рознь!" Завершение года и отчетность за 1 кв. с учётом тех изменений которые произошли для многих предпринимателей - катастрофа! Лайтовые режимы налогообложения, которые были, по сравнению с тем что сейчас расслабили некоторых предпринимателей настолько сильно, что сейчас им тяжело переключиться на системную оплату налогов... Что можно сделать чтобы отсрочить уплату налогов и минимизировать негати…

За чашкой кофе, делая паузу в самом лучшем рабочем процессе выходного дня читаю новости и оцениваю тренды в законодательстве и мой взгляд зацепился за интересный пилотный проект который сейчас тестируется в ряде ФНС: "Урегулирование разногласий с привлечением медиатора" (распоряжение ФНС России от 24.10.2025 407@). Как я поняла, ФНС самой интересно чтобы инструмент медиации активнее заработал. Мне интересно, в рамк…

В ФНС активно заработал ИИ в отношении НДФЛ. Шквал обращений со всей РФ, доначисляют даже то, что невозможно начислять по срокам давности. Продажа/передача долей в ООО - так же активные запросы, даже спустя несколько лет со дня перехода долей в ООО. Люди в шоке, не понимают что вообще происходит и почему задают вопросы по сделкам которые совершались чуть ли не 5 лет назад. Отвечаю - внедрили ИИ, ждём когда он всё…
Вечера интернет пестрил заголовками. Президент задал вопрос, логичный, разумный и в принципе ожидаемый, тем кто инициирует поправки в закон: "Что с экономикой?!", и сам дал вариант ответа ..."было рабочих дней меньше, на 1-2 дня"😂 Вероятно, не все понимают тонкий юмор нашего Президента и сразу пошли в разнос комментарии, что мол вот...нашли причину...Да нет, не причину/отмазку он подсказал, а очень тонко и грамотно …
