мне пить ретиноиды осталось буквально три месяца, и вот под конец ебанул этот прикол я встаю в 5.30 с жутким жжением в животе и в целом каждый прием пищи у меня заканчивается в обнимку с белым другом подруги завидуют, а я теперь называю свое говно — реактивным

плюс одна странная дичь в моем рационе я так понимаю это клетчатка мне нужно не для похудения (я в такие штуки не верю, это все не решение проблемы) у меня высохла слизистая кишечника на ретиноидах, поэтому восстанавливаю вот этим препаратом если замечу классный результат, помимо того, что у меня не будет гореть кишечник с каждым выбросом желчи, я сообщу 😁
