Банкротство закрыто три с половиной года назад. Все долги списаны, дело закончено, живу себе спокойно. Тут прилетает письмо из налоговой. 93 тысячи долга за 20 и 21 год, из них больше половины пеня. Три с половиной года от них ни звука, а потом резко вспомнили и накрутили пеню за все время своего же молчания. Заплатил… Не потому что согласен с этой логикой, а потому что не заплатишь если, значит текущие ежемесячны…

Очень важное дополнение: Запрет на строительство по новому закону работает в границах зон затопления и подтопления. Не на весь участок, а на ту часть, которая попадает в зону.

Закон по зонам подтопления подписан. Путин утвердил его 4 августа, и он уже вступил в силу. Я писал про этот закон, когда Госдума принимала его в третьем чтении 21 июля. Тогда он еще не имел силы. Теперь имеет… По старой редакции статьи 67.1 Водного кодекса строить в зоне затопления или подтопления можно было при условии инженерной защиты. Можно было поставить дамбу, берегоукрепление и строить. Новый закон делает…

Гаражную амнистию продлили до 1 сентября 2031 года. Путин подписал закон 4 августа и у тебя еще пять лет, чтобы оформить гараж и землю под ним в собственность бесплатно. Прежняя дата была 1 сентября 2026 года. Госдума приняла закон, Совет Федерации одобрил, президент подписал. Арендовал сельхозучасток, отработал на нем три года, подал на выкуп без торгов. Многие уверены (я до недавнего времени тоже), что срок аренды сам по себе дает право на участок по льготной цене. Я максимально нахожусь в негодовании. Сегодня была сделка по участку в ипотеку через домклик, все прекрасно, участок проверен, документы все загружены (полный пакет даже с теми, которые не обязательны) Но…….
