حال سخت ترین سوالی که میتوانید بپرسید و توضیحش با ابزار محدود “کلام” واقعا دشوار است، این است که ناظر بودن و هوشیاری چیست !!! ناظر بودن یعنی فقط به یک چیز از بیرون نگاه کنید و نسبت به آن هوشیار باشید و ناظرش شوید ! مثلا اگر سیگار میکشید و میخواهید با قدرت هوشیاری آنرا ترک کنید، کماکان سیگار بکشید اما برای مدتی، حین سیگار کشیدن هوشیارانه در لحظه باشید و خوب به همه چیز نگاه کنید(دود، حسهایی که در بدنتان ایجاد میشود و…)…
