Что же, Минфин США запретил проводить платежи из заблокированных ЗВР, а Россия направила купон по облигациям в рублях. Оплату в рублях держатели долларовых облигаций могут не принимать, соответственно это означает дефолт уже 4 мая (у России с 4 апреля есть ровно месяц на оплату долга). Эскалация усиливается.
