Рубрика "сегодня я узнал". Как узнала - не спрашивайте (все равно расскажу): искала рабочую информацию, внезапно наткнулась на инфу о телефонах доверия при кризисных состояниях, включая суиц.риск, и пошла проверять, потому что нужно было для волонтерской работы, для переадресации. А дальше все как в тумане, потому что я полезла телефоны проверять (у меня бывает: вижу будущую стройную табличку - не замечаю препятствий…

Переделала блок на зеленой с трикветром, и довольна до небес, как объевшийся кабана питон. Тот случай, когда цвет бумаги и "лохматый" блок делает внешний вид книги сильно интереснее. ссылку в комменты положу.

Я задумалась, на что похоже мое впитывание историй от старшего поколения в том кругу, который я считаю "своим", вместе с фотографиями. И поняла, что это, по сути, все те же старые "священные песни о предках", которые были, есть и будут у людей в разных формах; сейчас форма - вот такая. Каждая из этих песен встраивается куда-то в меня, она становится моей частью, а люди с фотографий - немного и моими тоже, я прорастаю…

К прошлому занятию про застой я выписывала действия, которые нравятся мне, и тут я вспомнила еще одно. Пойти на форум, где 1) кто-то абсолютно точно неправ, б) рассказать об этом - благо для общества, в) сам напрашивается, наскакивая на остальных, - и со вкусом раскатать его в блин, аргументируя все по пунктам (не для него, конечно, а для окружающих). Еще один довольно частый на форуме вопрос – «Как найти человека для близких отношений, который бы принимал меня полностью, со всеми проявлениями, чтобы я ни делал(а), что бы я ни хотел(а) получить, без взаимного "ты тоже должен"?» Если коротко – то именно в такой постановке вопроса ответ «никак», потому что нет таких здоровых с адекватными личными гран…

Оказывается, на Ярмарке мастеров с некоторых пор можно и электронные свои книги размещать (внизапна), так что я моментально и запихнула туда "Мифы об эзотерике". Модуль про социальную тревожность в обучении КПТ для меня был апофеозом социальной неловкости.
