#سوال_قضایی سلام خدمت قضات محترم. بنده سوالی دارم الان وقتی میگن دیگه صیغه موقت لازم نیست ثبت کنی. اگر مامور کسی را گرفت و بگه چه نسبتی داری و طرف بگه صیغه هستیم: 1- صیغه نامه ندارند (ثبت نکرده اند) 2- خودشان صیغه خوانده اند و روی یک کاغذ .... نوشته اند و امضا کرده اند. 3- پیش یک روحانی رفته اندو او صیغه خوانده و مهرش را پای صیغه نامه زده.
